[cosmo-dev] Cosmo Performance

I have noticed some pretty serious performance drops going from 0.8.2  
to 0.9.0 that I am working with mde on and trying to investigate more.

I spent some time last night trying to find a way to compare the  
Windmill automated test runs against Cosmo, so I wrote a php script  
that parses the perf output, you can check it out here:

Currently I only have 0.8.2 and 0.9.0, it parses onload so give it a  
second to generate the graphs.

I will stick a few more runs up as I get them to see if we can see  
some trends.
