[cosmo-dev] Cosmo Releases Status

It's more a question of having a 0.9 in a timely fashion.  I forgot  
that Matthew is flying today, so he won't be starting on any bugs  
till tomorrow.  It would be good to know if 11213 is reproducible or  
not.
