Bobby reminded me that I didn't send out these notes. Here they are.  
Feel free to edit the page with more implementation detail etc since  
I probably missed a few key points.

The next action we decided on was for Bobby, BCM and Jeffrey to fill  
out the algorithm for displaying items in the appropriate sections.  
Mimi and I will review to make sure all the use cases have been covered.
