[Cosmo-dev] CosmoUI Timezone Proposal

Hi Cosmo folks.  Just following up on this old thread, wondering how
the Olson stuff was coming along.

We've been doing a lot of code reorg at Dojo, and we're now starting
to discuss a DojoX project for extensions (experimental and stabile)
and this project seems like it might find a good home there.  Is
anyone interested in making a proposal?

Also, FYI, I did a lot of refactoring of the Dojo date code for our
0.9 release (almost done) generally to make the code lighter and the
APIs more consistent.  I'd love to get your feedback.  Also, the
widget system, now known as Dijit, was rewritten as well and there is
a new and improved calendar widget, just in case it's useful to
anyone.  I tried to make it flexible such that the template could be
redesigned to support a monthly event calendar.
