[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.7 schedule update

Hi folks,

Here is our current thinking on the schedule for Cosmo 0.7:    
Matthew's work on the dashboard UI is the critical path for the 0.7  
release.  Matthew estimates (very conservatively) that he needs about  
5 weeks from this past Monday in order to get everything working.     
That gets us to June 25.  After that, we've historically needed a 4  
week bugfix/QA/testing period, which would take us to July 23.    
After that we're guessing that we'll need a week or two while the  
final RC settles, as well as doing documentation and other non-code  
deliverable items, which would leave us at August 6 as our best  
estimate for a release date.    Of course, the usual release date  
disclaimers apply.
