[Cosmo-dev] 0.6.1 announcement pickup

The Cosmo 0.6.1 announcement was picked up by lwn.net.  As hoped, 
including a 1-liner announcement made it easier for the editor to 
describe the product:

Chandler Server 0.6.1 updated
Release 0.6.1 of Chandler Server is out with new capabilities. "Chandler 
Server is a database, server, and web UI for storing and managing 
personal information such as events and tasks. It implements standards 
such as CalDAV, WebDAV, Atom, and Atom Publishing Protocol."
