Randy Letness tried to merge the 0.6.1 branch back to the Cosmo trunk
and found some files that needed merging. He asked the authors of
the files to help sort out the changes.

Brian Moseley observed that recent changes have removed the Welcome
note from the out of the box collection. He suggested that it be put
back. He and Matthew Eernisse discussed how best to do that - it
looks like the server side is the best place. Travis Vachon
volunteered to take care of this while fixing another bug.

Bobby Rullo posted a proposal for utilizing Dojo Topics incrementally
instead of via a big bang.

Bobby Rullo described his plan to implement Item Diffing for saving
data from the web UI to the server. The ensuing discussion helped
flesh out some of the details of how this would work, and interact
with the existing web UI code.

Priscilla Chung started a thread to craft the contents of the Cosmo
0.6.1 release notes.

Jeremy Epstein contributed a patch for dynamically resizing DOM
elements. Matthew Eernisse looked at the code and liked it. He
plans to commit it.

Bobby Rullo posted the notes from a meeting on how to implement the
server side functionality needed for the dashboard. Important
elements are three queries, one for each section of the dashboard,
and sorting/pagination to be handled by the web UI.

Chander Server in documentation. Priscilla Chung replied that it
would be happening before 0.7 and volunteered to address Pieter's
specific situation.

Randy Letness finished a first cut a improving the way that Cosmo
indexes timerange queries. Brian Moselely noted that some of the API
would probalby need to change, but needed to see the code first.
Bobby Rullo requested and Randy provided, a more detailed explanation
of how the new code works.

Randy Letness continued a private discussion about occurrences and
modifications in EIMML. The problem is how to distinguish between
occurrences and modifications. They settled on an EIMML occurrence
element.
