[Cosmo-dev] Chandler Server (Cosmo) 0.6.1 updated!

I was wondering if we shouldn't hold the announcement to the
chandler-users list until the hub gets validated? This announcement
should probably be be oriented to chandler-users, who will be
interested in the new sharing service upgrade and new hosting server
and want to begin using that.

I think the chandler-users list announcement should be combined with
the service announcement and point to the dav>mc migration
information. We've already announced 0.6.1 to cosmo-dev, announce, and
the blog, so it's not like folks who are interested in Cosmo are going
to miss the release announcement if we delay the post to
chandler-users.
