Since everything is still says Cosmo, but the email is announcing
'Chandler Server', should the first line be phrase something like:
'Cosmo (Chandler Server)'? There's no need to change all the text
until preview, but a hint to readers that the 'Cosmo' name has been
changed to 'Chandler Server' might help. What do you think?

Do you want to take the 'Chandler server 0.6.1 is currently available
for public use on Chandler Hub at: <https://hub.chandlerproject.org>'
out and just leave:

Chandler server 0.6.1 is currently available for for download at:

Same w/ the release notes, should we pull Chandler Hub until it's
verified by QA. Jared will send another announcement and then we can
add the line back in. I did this on the wiki project pages.

Per your earlier request, go ahead and change the text from 'OSAF
Server bundle' to 'Chandler Server bundle'. Either way, I'll make
sure the old page redirects to the new page. ;)
