Philippe Bossut crossposted from chandler-dev to notify that Chandler  
could deal with test email accounts in a Chandler/Cosmo data dump
+ Morgen Sagen said that when a chandler dump file is obfuscated,  
real e-mail accounts are replaced with fake ones (which don't work).

Jared Rhine filed a three small bugs for additional account  
activation functionality: a) don't send activation mail when an admin  
creates an account, b) allow an admin to force sending of an  
activation e-mail, and c) allowing an end user to request an  
activation e-mail.
