[Cosmo-dev] developer needs for 0.7 server testing

What are the requirements the dev team needs for a cosmo 0.7 server  
instance?

I can set one up easily enough, I just need to know some details:

   - track source changes closely?
   - retain data between updates?
   - mysql or not?

Let me know so I can start preparing the necessary pieces.
