i knew i was going to mess up those instructions.

you have to go to the "pim view" of that calendar so that the url you
get from the collection details dialog has a ticket in it.

alternatively, you can grab the dav url of the calendar directly from
its account browser page and substitute "webcal" for "dav" in the url.

too bad we didn't add a webcal link on the account browser page :D
