We've talked about QA'ing the DAV->EIM migration instructions.

But the migration instructions have an open issue under discussion on 
service-dev.  We're unlikely to discover any literal bugs in Cosmo 0.6.1 
as a result of the instructions but we may find interaction issues 
needing some head-scratching.

Just flagging the issue; I don't think it changes Cosmo or QA plans. 
Any QA work done on the migration procedure would be best done after the 
above tasks.
