[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.6.1 release status

Here's the to-do list from the QA team. We expect to take today and  
all of tomorrow to get thru this list.
1. Get the Cosmo 0.6.1 RC1 candidate build - status DONE
2. Put it on qacosmo - status IN PROGRESS
3. Run Mikeal's protocol tests - status NOT DONE
4. Run Windmill tests on the UI - status NOT DONE
5. Test on multiple browsers + OS - status NOT DONE
6. Run CC workflows from the test spec - status NOT DONE
7. Bug Validation - status PARTLY DONE

I will send out another status on the release by end of the day.
