[Cosmo-dev] qacosmo to be used at CalConnect

I'm curious, why are you pointing people to qacosmo? Is this for a  
demo? If so why are you not able to run the latest and greatest build  
your machine?

I've just never heard of using a test machine to point people to—esp.  
when we're still testing?
