[Cosmo-dev] qacosmo to be used at CalConnect

 From what I understand qacosmo shouldn't be wiped without a short  
notice from adam to the qa and development teams.

I know that I usually get an email before he wipes it but one of the  
reasons I sent out this email is to make sure he remembers to send  
out the notice at least 15 minute before he wipes the box.
