[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.6.1 status and endgame

We have done one pass of the test spec and all the test scenarios   
have been executed. Adam or I will update the spec with the status  
and bug numbers associated with testcases.

What we have left now is validating the resolved bugs fixed in Cosmo  
0.6.1 which we expect to finish by end of the week.
