Right now the plan is to not upgrade osaf.us to 0.6.1 but to have  
people move to hub.chandlerproject.org after 0.6.1 releases.   Since  
alpha4 users are pointed at osaf.us by default, I think that reduces  
the chances that they will accidentally publish to  
hub.chandlerproject.org.   The only situation I am concerned about  
blocking is where alpha5 users publish old-style because there is  
going to be a window before we update alpha5 to default to new  
style.    If an in server block is too onerous (and it sounds like it  
is), then maybe we'll just have to take our chances and have good  
documentation.
