[Cosmo-dev] Recurrence and the dashboard

Hi Folks,

I was just looking at bug 8496, update triage status when alarms fire,
and I want to make sure Bobby (or whoever's doing recurrence) is
tracking that triage status, recurrence, and the dashboard view interact
in non-trivial ways.  From a Cosmo planning perspective, perhaps that
should be (or already is) a different bug from 8496.
