[Cosmo-dev] simplejson 1.7

Bob Ippilito released a new version of simplejson 1.7 a few days ago.

Anyone who just setup windmill and installed simplejson in the last  
few days probably has this version but if you don't you should  
definitely upgrade. Windmill makes heavy use of simplejson and  
starting up windmill and running the tests is about twice as fast  
with this new version.

$ easy_install --upgrade simplejson
