Ok I think I understand what you are saying. If an item is shared
read-only, it will always be read-only no matter what collection it is
in because that ticket (perms really) will be attached to that item.
But the problem I see with that is an item can be shared both read-only
and read-write so how are we going to determine which permission to use?
