Right, but when a user updates an item in collection B (using a RW 
ticket), how is cosmo going to distinguish between these two users 
(someone who has RW access originally, and someone who doesn't)?  After 
copying the item with the RO ticket, all subsequent updates can be done 
using the RW ticket.
