Yep, except see below...

Technically, at the Morsecode/EIM layer there is nothing special  
about these records.  It's at the translator level (sorry, Cosmo  
folks -- using a Chandler internal here) where we ignore "out-of- 
date" records.  That is the only special handling needed: they are  
*conditionally* applied.
