We've spent a lot of time getting the qacosmo environment "just
right", and to date it's our reference environment for bugs and
automation so I'd hate to slow down what is intended to be a fast
release with moving to another environment.

I'd suggest we just run 0.6.1.1 on a different port and run it on
qacosmo.
