[Cosmo-dev] Checkpoint/RC request for 0.6.1.1

Bear, to support the 0.6.1.1 release and the needed QA, would you please 
spin a checkpoint for the 0.6.1.1 branch?

It could also be considered an RC and be created that way.  There are no 
known bugs in 0.6.1.1 currently and we have no reason to suspect the 2 
patches applied since 0.6.1 will cause problems.  If we find none, the 
RC would proceed straight to final release.

I have not yet been able to build a working 0.6.1.1, but I'm assuming 
that's a local problem.  The build works, but login to the PIM gives 
only a "processing" box, which I've seen before (generally means 
Javascript mismatch), but haven't been able to fix yet.

Cooking an RC for handoff to QA will help move 0.6.1.1 without blocking 
on me.  We're hoping to have a 0.6.1.1 to QA by Friday morning.
