[Cosmo-dev] Firefox cacheing (+mea culpa)

Hi folks

We've had some problems with Firefox caching inappropriately since we  
moved to the APP backend for the Web UI. A short term fix was checked  
in in r4667, which simply prevented Firefox from ever cacheing these  
resources. Bug 9505 was filed to track removing this fix, and I acted  
on that yesterday. After some testing I wasn't able to reproduce the  
issue, I checked in the reversion of 4667.

At this point I should have sent an email to the list to let people  
know that the issues might come up again, and to ping me about them  
(and in fact I distinctly remember thinking that I needed to do that)  
but that slipped through the cracks, leading to some confusion this  
morning. I am very sorry about that!

That brings us to this email. I've opened bug 9715 to track this  
issue. If you see it in the wild, please ping me in IRC, comment on  
the bug, or reply to this message.

It is believed that symptoms include:
* Strange create behavior: newly created issues don't show up on the  
canvas
* Strange delete behavior: deleted items stick around, but trying to  
delete again causes an error
