Jared Rhine posted that the current Cosmo web UI doesn't pass XHTML
validators despite the use of the strict DTD.
+ Matthew Eernisse replied and said that while strictness and
validation were good goals, we need to keep the use of strict in
order to force browsers to use the W3C box model for rendering

Brian Moseley modified the way that Cosmo uses atom to update
collections due to limitations in the servlet API's support of PUT,
which ultimately led him to modify collection update to work like
update of subscriptions and preferences. This mean introducing a
simple XHTML microformat for collection details.

this purpose
+ Aparna Kadakia wanted to be sure that a 0.6.1.1 build was
adequately QA'ed.
