[Cosmo-dev] back-port Cosmo fix to 0.6.1?

Recently we discovered that the EIM field length restrictions for  
EXDATE (and other ics related fields) were way too small -- they were  
limited to 1024 characters which meant that any recurring event that  
had more than about 60 exceptions would be rejected by Cosmo.  Brian  
has already bumped the limit up to 32K in the Cosmo trunk, but I  
think we need this fix running on hub.chandlerproject.org because  
Mitch and Esther are already bumping into the 1024 character limit.
