Hi all,

The hosted service is moving toward cosmo being accessible on /  
instead of /cosmo .

Now QA has been asked to move the testing environment to use / as well.

At this point, is there any reason other than historical that the  
"snarf" builds for checkpoints, release candidates, etc, use /cosmo?

It would be very helpful if the "official" builds come out of the box  
with nearly the same environment we're using for testing and release  
certification.
