[Cosmo-dev] List view status

Just a quick status update -- I've got item-selection working in the 
list view, and have got it wired up to the detail-view form. Toggling 
back and forth between the two views updates the form with whichever 
item is selected in the selected view.

I've also pulled the cal-view loading code out of the app init process, 
so we can now default to whichever view we want, by setting a default 
value for cosmo.app.pim.currentView. I've left it defaulting to cal view 
for now -- the list view is still not complete, and I don't think we've 
finalized the decision about which view we want to default to.
