[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo tinderbox update

I've added a new tinderbox client to the Cosmo build that produces  
continuous builds of Cosmo hourly:

	http://builds.osafoundation.org/cosmo/continuous/cosmo-full-linux/ 
latest.html

This is in addition to the quick Cosmo build that only compiles and  
tests Cosmo every 10 minutes.

I'm also working on integrating the Windmill Functional Tests into a  
new tinderbox client and should have that result available soon.
