Thanks, Sheila!

All these seem +1 to me.  I'm in favor of making the corresponding 
changes to bugzilla as well when appropriate.  I'd much rather remove as 
many bug entries as possible from the 0.7 target and add some back in if 
we wind up with extra time somehow.

No, they need not.  Ted discussed the same issue today, and got rough 
agreement on the release flow diagrammed here:

This diagram includes a "code freeze" node to match this idea.  If we 
have consensus during the release meeting tomorrow on this treatment of 
the branding tree of features, then we can remove the "blocks" attribute 
in bugzilla as well.

Additionally, I told Ted last week that I'd propose some "standing 
bugzilla queries" to assist release management and bug council. 
(Chandler bug council has everyone click on the same query links so 
there's little mismatch).

A few queries (though not the final ones I think) are documented below 
the diagram on the above page.
