[Cosmo-dev] abbreviating content of entries in atom collections

In the interest of making sure that we all have the information that
we need to make a good decision....
The overall timeline for preview can be found here: <http://

The current feature complete date for Cosmo is June 25, so that's the
date that we all need to be mindful of.
