what version of cosmo are you using?

the trunk (0.7-SNAPSHOT) has a bug that might cause problems with
caldav clients. i'll be logging that bug momentarily.

if you're using 0.6.1, which i assume you are since your calendar is
named Cosmo, then yes, that url should be just fine. you can test it
by installing cadaver (a command line webdav client) and opening that
url.
