Give the population of browsers out there, it probably makes sense to
make IE on Windows the highest priority.
What's the plan for platform support after that?

At some point, we ought to be able to use the same workflow that is
used on the desktop, where the Windmill tests are run on each dev's
checkin, and a failing test should then be the responsibility of that
developer that checked in. I don't think that we need to get
managers involved for individual tinderbox breakages.
