How are you picking "Scooby" and "Cosmo"?  These aren't magic URLs, they 
need to map to collections that have been created (in this case inside 
the "name" account).

I assume you're able to login to your account via the Cosmo web UI; when 
you do so, you can view additional information about what's actually 
created in your account by enabling the "account browser" in the 
advanced tab of your account's "settings".  What collections are listed 
as having been created, when you do that?

By Thunderbird, I assume you mean Lightning, the calendering plugin to 
Thunderbird?
