[Cosmo-dev] WAS: Trying again NOW: What's my URL?

So it looks like the Cosmo server end works, but I'm trying to access it 
via Thunderbird as I do my old server.  I user to use the following URL:

	http://name:password@FQDN:6081/cosmo/home/name/Scooby/

But that doesn't seem to be correct now.  I've tried creating a ticket, 
but that doesn't seem to work either (can't view, let alone create) - I 
get a 403 error in the log file.  I'm not finding the correct URL in the 
docs as of yet; any suggestions?
