[Cosmo-dev] Caching Issues Followup

Right now we have these six bugs which are suspected to be caching  
related:

Travis put a "band-aid" patch on which we think should stop all these  
bugs from happening - but since they're so hard to reproduce we don't  
know for sure.

I'm goign to close out these bugs for now, only re-opening them up  
again if we see these issues again.

If anyone objects please let me know and I'll re-open them.
