After discussion offline and on IRC with various folks, we decided it
wasn't too expensive to just add an EIM field to EventRecord,
lastPastDone, which will be a unix timestamp and will only apply to
recurrence masters.

We're going to make the schema additions in the Desktop code and we
think it's possible sending data in newly defined fields will Just Work
in old server instances.  If it doesn't, we'll backport a schema upgrade
for Hub (and add the schema on the trunk).

The server UI doesn't need to interact with this new field, so this
should mostly (if not entirely) be desktop code changes.

I filed bug 10171 for anyone following along at home.
