[Cosmo-dev] build Cosmo with NetBeans IDE

Hi Filipe,

Most of the IDE users are using and IDE plugin for Maven2.    The  
Maven2 page for using Maven2 in Netbeans is here:

I have  no idea whether this will work for Netbeans 5.5.1, but it's  
worth a shot.
