[Cosmo-dev] QA release checklist

As part of the cosmo release process we are working on a QA checklist  
that the release manager checks off before calling a release.

At a high level I can think of the list to include the following:
1. Cosmo 0.7 features validated - This includes making sure all the  
testcases from the test spec have been executed prior to the release.  
They will have been run during the span of the release and the item  
on the checklist here is to make sure no pending cases left. Cosmo  
0.6.1 regression test cases will be added to the same spec as they  
are now part of 0.7 feature list. This also includes the Admin UI  
testcases.

2. Top 3 tests from the Integration test spec have been run just  
before the release. These tests will include some basic round trip  
testing between Desktop and the Server.

3. Automated windmill tests have been run - this is the basic  
acceptance tests for validating a release.
4. Protocol level tests have been run - this is also part of our  
acceptance tests.
5. Cosmo unit tests have been run
6. Data Migration testing has been completed

We would like to solidify this list by Thursday's Cosmo Release  
Meeting at 3 PM. If there is anything I missed from the list do let  
me know.
