[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo Bug Councils

My entire calendar is up on hub and the urls are published on the  
internal wiki.   I am booked on Wednesdays from 10:30am til  5pm,  
with a semi-random break for lunch.

I can do a bug council at 4pm today or at 5pm today.
