[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo Bug Councils

A few weeks back we decided to increase the amount of bug councils to  
two per week.

We still have our bug council on Friday's at 2pm, but we don't have a  
solid date/time for the other bug council during the week.

Last week we tried to have it on Wednesday, which is the best day for  
me to have it but apparently not for anyone else.

I'd like to open this so that people can state which times on Tuesday/ 
Wednesday that they can do and hopefully do one today or tomorrow.  
Sorry for sending this out a bit late. Tentatively I'd like to set  
the time for today's at 4pm unless we have too many conflicts.

I'm free all of Tuesday and all of Wednesday except for 11am - noon  
PST for the IRC QA session.
