[Cosmo-dev] What happened to 0.6.1.1 Hub?

Apologies for the delay in getting 0.6.1.1 up on Hub.  Essentially all 
day yesterday was eaten up by the office calendar corruption and 
resulting 4 bugs.

The Hub update essentially slipped a day.  It will be deployed to Hub 
within the next couple of hours so it can be in the field for real-world 
testing a while before close of today.

All remaining 0.6.1.1 release steps are mine (I think) so we're not 
blocking on anything except me going live.
