[Cosmo-dev] Bug 8631

Ok, with two /chandlers, 1 /cosmo, and a bunch of "meh"s I think I'm  
going to go with /chandler.

I'll be checking that in shortly, so next time you rebuild snarf  
you'll need to head to /chandler by default!
