[Cosmo-dev] Bug 8631

Hi folks

I currently am in charge of bug 8631 "Rebrand Cosmo webapp context  
path." Discussion on that bug appears to have come to the conclusion  
that PPD does not have any preference here. The suggestion in the  
final comment is to leave the decision up to Jared, but after talking  
with him in the office today I think this is more appropriately a  
community decision.

The options on the table are:

/cosmo (no change)
/server
/chandler
/chandler-server
/cs (I came up with this one today while talking to Jared)

Please see the bug for more commentary on these choices.

Personally, I'm for either /cosmo or /cs

If all interested parties could provide input (via +1s ideally) I'd  
like to close this bug tomorrow.
