[Cosmo-dev] 0.6.1.1 QA Update

RC2 is looking good.

I was able to verify bug 9537 is no longer an issue.

There is one more fix I haven't been able to reproduce, bug 9606.  
I've emailed Davor asking for a little help in reproducing the bug.

All automated tests pass (windmill and protocol).

The original plan was to get testing done on the 0.6.1.1 release and  
signoff, then do some production testing and signoff again on a  
staged production instance. Seeing as we've already slipped a day and  
tomorrow is a holiday I'm going to move ahead with testing the  
migrated 0.6.1.1 instance available at lab.osaf.us.

On Friday we'll be having a QA session at 3pm PST for end to end  
sharing testing on the migrated instance. If this time is in conflict  
with anyone please let me know.

We're shooting for QA signoff by EOD Friday.
