Cosmo release meeting notes:

- Feature complete: feature complete criteria are not yet complete.  ETA 
is fuzzy.  We agreed not being at FC this week isn't a big problem 
because QA has unblocked.

- Code complete phase starting: We're starting to proceed with "code 
complete" checklist items.  The Only item flagged for discussion was the 
rebranding work, and an upcoming need for assets to avoid devs blocking.

- Bugs for checkins: It was suggested that code complete phase be in a 
mode of "every checkin requires an associated bug".  Jared asking Ted 
for confirmation.

- Issue: The Chandler Server logo is harder to replace (for Chandler 
Hub) than originally expected because it's embedded into a image collage 
resource.

- Rebranding: Looking at rebranding bugs, Sheila will sort.  Jared 
proposed focusing on doing the ones "requiring images" first and flagged 
all these as P1 in bugtracker.

- Test plans: For testing, there is both the "new 0.7 features list" 
already linked to, but a "legacy features" test plan that Adam owns. 
Need to get a pointer to it and link from the release checklist.
