[Cosmo-dev] QA Test Scripts

Yes, we plan to follow the same format of test specifications for
Cosmo that we've been using for Chandler.
Starting next release we will schedule time for writing them early
on. They go a long way in tracking the test cases (manual and
automated) that would be run against a specific release. We would
also use them to guide volunteers who would like to help testing the
product.
