[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo related projects

Hi,

Philippe asked me to update the list of potential intern projects for  
Cosmo, and I thought I would turn it back out the list to see if  
people have more suggestions and corrections.    I don't  have a good  
sense for the sizing of some of the projects, so it would help me if  
people could put projects into the appropriate bucket or delete  
projects which have now become obsolete.   I'm particularly  
interested in new projects -- we really ought to be maintaining a  
list like this as a ready list of projects for people looking to get
